ABOUT
Terre Rouge - French for Red Earth. Named for the red soils of Dubbo, NSW.
Born with a love of honest, beautiful food, Jess believes every meal should feel like a warm welcome. Her approach is simple: create food that brings comfort, moments that feel effortless, and events where people can relax while her team quietly takes care of everything.
When she’s not crafting menus or adding her signature touch to an event, you’ll find Jess back home in Geurie on the banks of the Macquarie River. It’s her grounding place - where muddy little feet, good coffee, rosé, and slow country sunsets keep her inspired. She shares this riverside life with her three children and her wonderfully supportive husband, James.
Jess’s greatest joy is making people feel looked after.
Whether it’s a wedding in a shearing shed, a corporate lunch, a retreat in the bush, or a backyard celebration under the stars, she pours warmth, heart, and a touch of rustic elegance into everything she creates.
